Halloween Scavenger Hunt! - Event

Happy October, and most importantly, Happy Spooky Season! I hope you're all excited for Halloween and the upcoming holidays. Starting off October, we will be hosting a Scavenger Hunt! It's been over a year since we hosted our first one, so why not host our second one for the month of October! Let's get onto the event...

Event Information -

For this event, we will post screenshots of in-game places, NPCs, or other entities that you will have to guess! Anything screenshotted will be from Wizard City (non-premium zones) to keep it fair for both newer players and old. Although veterans may have an advantage, we've taken extensive measures to make it harder for them too, though! There will be 5 screenshots for 5 days. Each screenshot presented will be clips of buildings, NPCs, etc. that you must guess who or what they are to be counted. There will also be a point system. We will be keeping track of all points, and updating who is in the lead here.

Each correctly guessed screenshot is worth 1 point while taking the next step by actually going where the screenshot was taken, and screenshotting yourself with what or who was in our screenshot is worth 2 points. The top 3 players with the most points win, if any ties we will put them in an RNG wheel to determine the final winner (this includes if there are multiple ties). We hope you have so much fun, and cannot wait to test your memory!

Rewards -

1st Place: 20,000 Crowns + Even Creepier Carnival Bundle

2nd Place: 10,000 Crowns + Flying Dutchman (Mount)

3rd Place: 7,500 Crowns + The Cat Ears (Hairstyle)

Timeframe -

Screenshots will change every day from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM (EST) up until Monday, October 17th, 2022. The event itself starts Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 @ 12:30 PM (EST). All submissions must be entered by Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 @ 1:00 AM (EST). Winners will be announced around 12:30 to 2:30 PM (EST) on Tuesday.

Event Rules -

• Submissions must be sent to this email (tcs.official.community@gmail.com). This will prevent cheating and copying so we can have fluent points.

• Teaming is not allowed, and anyone who is found guilty of teaming or sharing screenshots/locations of entities, etc. will be disqualified.

• When taking a screenshot of your Wizard for your submission, please make sure we can see your character name. You must also include the secret message "TCS October Event 2022" in a clear chat bubble above your wizard's head, or as clear text in your chat box. Example shown below (if you do not have Open Chat that's okay! Just make sure to type out the message within your chat box and include that in the screenshot. It's okay if it's red!):

• When sending your submissions, make sure the subject of your email is "TCS October Event 2022 (Day X)" -- "x" representing the day, so Day 1, Day 2, etc. (you do not have to send submissions for each day, it is totally okay to send them all at once on the last day. Just be sure to send them by Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 @ 1:00 AM (EST).)

• When sending your submissions, have in order your guesses. Ex: 1: Triton Avenue Building 2: Rattlebones 3: Commons Building 4: Ravenwood Bench 5: Commons River …if you send screenshots with your wizard, make sure to label those pictures also like the above criteria.

• Winners will be notified by email, but please include your Site Username with your submissions!

• One entry per person. Do not send by multiple email accounts. We will know!

• It is recommended all players be level 10+ or higher so you have access to all (free) Wizard City zones.

• Any entries sent after the event has ended will be disqualified.

• Winners are determined by their point placement: for example, all players who accumulated 50 Points are raffled for 1st place, and any player with 49~ points are raffled for 2nd place, and so on.

• You MUST have a registered account for The Crystal Spiral in order to participate. We require your site username to be listed with your submissions. If this is not present we will disqualify you!
