Scavenger Hunt! - Event

Good May, Wizards! Kicking off during Spring will be a Scavenger Hunt! We've never hosted an event quite like this one, and we're very excited to do so. Enough chatter, let's get into the event...

Event Information -

For this event, we will post screenshots of in-game places, NPCs, or other entities that you will have to guess! Anything screenshotted will be from Wizard City (non-premium zones) to keep it fair for both newer players and old. Although veterans may have an advantage, we've taken extensive measures to make it harder for them too, though! There will be 5 screenshots for 5 days. Each screenshot presented will be clips of buildings, NPCs, etc. that you must guess who or what they are to be counted. There will also be a point system. We will be keeping track of all points, and updating who is in the lead here.

Each correctly guessed screenshot is worth 1 point while taking the next step by actually going where the screenshot was taken, and screenshotting yourself with what or who was in our screenshot is worth 2 points. The top 3 players with the most points win, if any ties we will put them in an RNG to determine the final winner (this includes if there are multiple ties). We hope you have so much fun, and cannot wait to test your memory.

First Place: 17,500 Crowns

Second Place: 12,500 Crowns

Third Place: 7,500 Crowns

Timeframe -

Screenshots will change every day from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM (EST) up until Friday, May 21st, 2021. The event itself starts Monday, May 17th, 2021 @ 12:30 PM (EST). All submissions must be entered by Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 @ 1:00 AM (EST). Winners will be announced around 12:30 to 2:30 PM (EST) on Saturday.

Event Rules -

• Submissions must be sent to this email (tcs.official.community@gmail.com). This will prevent cheating and copying so we can have fluent points.

• Teaming is not allowed, and anyone who is found guilty of teaming or sharing screenshots/locations of entities, etc. will be disqualified.

• When taking a screenshot of your Wizard for your submission, please make sure we can see your character name. You must also include the secret message "TCS May Event 2021" in a clear chat bubble above your wizard's head, or as clear text in your chatbox. Example shown below (if you do not have Open Chat that's okay! Just make sure to type out the message within your chatbox and include that in the screenshot. It's okay if it's red!):

• When sending your submissions, make sure the subject of your email is "TCS May Event 2021 (Day X)" -- "x" representing the day, so Day 1, Day 2, etc. (you do not have to send submissions for each day, it is totally okay to send them all at once on the last day. Just be sure to send them by Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 @ 1:00 AM (EST).)

• When sending your submissions, have in order your guesses. Ex: 1: Triton Avenue Building 2: Rattlebones 3: Commons Building 4: Ravenwood Bench 5: Commons River ...if you send screenshots with your wizard, make sure to label those pictures also like the above criteria.

• Winners will be notified by email, but please include your Site Username with your submissions!

• One entry per person. Do not send by multiple email accounts. We will know!

• It is recommended all players be level 10+ or higher so you have access to all (free) Wizard City zones.

• Any entries sent after the event has ended will be disqualified.

• You MUST have a registered account for The Crystal Spiral in order to participate. We require your site username to be listed with your submissions. If this is not present we will disqualify you! Have fun looking around Wizard City, or putting your memory to work!
